Dr. Bryan Green has been asked to serve a 3 year term on the Mercer University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Board in Macon Georgia. Dr. Green graduated Summa Cum Laude from there in 1995 with a BS in Biology prior to attending medical school. He has become active with the Mercer University Biomedical Engineering Department partnering with them in a research study involving 3D printing of models of the human biliary tree. He has also spoken to the Health Sciences majors regarding his involvement in the South Carolina Colon Cancer Prevention Network that has provided free screening colonoscopies to over 3,000 uninsured South Carolinians. His son Forrest Green has just finished his first year at Mercer.
